This is a very unique house, in a very unique area (nothing like it to be found in the Lombardy, or in northern Italy). It belongs to the community Costa del`Nobili with 360 inhabitants and schools are in the next larger village with 3200 inhabitants, called Corteolona. The house is only 35 km south of Milan.
In the back of this house is what Italian call `Rustico` also renovated (for 150000 euros), missing only windows, doors and tiles on the floor. This Rustico has a beautiful view of the river and the forest as there is no house anywhere near. Also it is not possible for anyone in this area to buy property or to even think of building. This is 150 year old Italian law. The tranquility of the place where this stands is unmatched. the 800 m dirt road ends at the house, no traffic no cars.
